About The Project

Target Group Monitoring —
New Instruments in the Field of Regional Labour Market Monitoring

Objectives of the Project

The objective of the project is to develop a target group monitoring concept for the purpose of supporting the integration of migrants into employment through mutual learning facilitated by and within the framework of the European Network of Regional Labour Market Monitoring.

The Most Important Aspects

Regional Labour Market Monitoring constitutes a conceptual framework for systematically communicating information about the labour markets in European regions. Within the European Network for the Furthering of Regional Labour Market Monitoring a target group monitoring programme focussed on migrants will be developed via mutual learning that occurs through a combination of trans-national and inter-regional communication. The programme will be implemented in four European regions with the involvement of both national and regional actors. A general concept with various modes for regional adaptation will be derived from these four regional concepts (in Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, and the Netherlands).
